Information about conducting training “The system of public administration and civil service in the Republic of Macedonia”

In accordance with the activities stipulated in the 2012 Annual Program for generic training of civil servants in the Republic of Macedonia, the Ministry of Information Society and Administration informs that in the period of March to November a cycle of 5 two-day trainings will be organized on the topic “The System of public administration and civil service in the Republic of Macedonia”.

 

Target group of the training are professional civil servants employed during 2011, and it is aimed for newly employed persons in order to get them to know the entire civil service system in the Republic of Macedonia. Therefore, the training includes topics connected with essential characteristics of the public administration system, the status matters, rights and responsibilities of a civil servant according to the Law on Civil Servants, topics in the field of EU, office and archival work in the civil service and free access to public information. The training will be conducted by civil servants – practitioners from relevant institutions.

 

The second workshop of this cycle will be held on 24t and 25th April 2012 (Thuesday and Wednesday) in the ARM Building, Skopje, starting at 10:00 am. It is worth noting that during the participant selection it was taken into account that they have the positions of Junior Associate and Junior Officer employed during 2011.

 

As aforementioned, we would appreciate if you could confirm their participation in the training as soon as possible, but not later than 20th April 2012 (Friday).

 

Following the operational plan for realization of the 2012 Annual Program for generic training of civil servants in the Republic of Macedonia, and aiming for achieving maximal training effect as well as timely coordination of the participants’ working responsibilities, we would like to emphasize that the scheduled terms for the training participation cannot be changed. At the same time, we would appreciate if selected participants are enabled to take undisturbed attendance in the training.
