We would like to inform you that in accordance with the activities due to the Annual Program for Generic Training of the Public Servants of the Republic of Macedonia in 2012, the Ministry of Information Society and Administration informs that has organized two trainings on the topic “Management of Project Cycle-B” and they took place in the Army Hall in Skopje; this training consisted of two individual modules:


Module 1: Project Management (April 26th and 27th, 2012) and
Module 2:“Management and Coordination” (28th, 29th and 30th May 2012)


During the training, there were presented the contents and techniques that aim to upgrade and deepen the knowledge and skills of the public officers in the sphere of the management of the projects in the civil service.


The same was realized by the public officers – practitioner from the Ministry of Information Society and Administration.


The target group of the training was the public officers that need the skills for project management and project files, i.e., individuals whose tasks are from this sphere.


The training attended 19 civil servants and all of them were from the central government.


According to the concept of the Program Training “Management of Project Cycle-B”, participants are obliged after completion of the second module and within the period of 10 weeks, during the office hours to prepare individual projects that will confirm and promote their achieved knowledge and skills during the training.


The individual projects should come out from the competency of the body where the civil servant-participant is employed and that means preparation of the draw-version of Project Description in the Initial Phase of Programming.
