British Company Allocate Software to Expand Operations in Macedonia

Minister of Information Society and Administration Marta Arsovska Tomovska had a meeting today with Ian Bishop, Director at British company 'Allocate Software' , who presented future plans for expanding operations by opening a second office in Skopje and hiring new IT staff.


Bishop expressed satisfaction with the existing cooperation underlining that ’there are many talented and quality IT personnel in Macedonia who work in the field of Information technology and are willing to advance’.


With UK headquarters in London, regional offices in Australia and Sweden, ’Allocate Software’ is a leading provider of specialist workforce management optimisation and also deals with software solutions in the field of healthcare.


Arsovska Tomovska welcomed the presence of the company in Macedonia which allows young cadres to acquire new knowledge and experience and thus become more competitive in the market. At the same time, she underlined the commitment of the Ministry of Information Society and Administration and the Government to the creation of quality IT staff and establishment of standards and values that will be recognized worldwide.


In March 2015, the company started operating in Macedonia. Their new office is expected to be opened in March 2016.
