Information about the training on the topic “The System of public administration and civil service in the Republic of Macedonia”

In accordance with the activities stipulated in the 2011 Annual Program for generic training of civil servants in the Republic of Macedonia, the Ministry of Information Society and Administration will organize a cycle of 4 two-day trainings on the topic “The System of public administration and civil service in the Republic of Macedonia” in the period April – December 2011.

 

Target group of the training are professional civil servants employed during 2010, and it is aimed for newly employed persons in order to get them to know the entire civil service system in the Republic of Macedonia. Therefore, the training includes topics connected with essential characteristics of the public administration system, the matters of the status, rights and responsibilities of a civil servant according to Civil Servant Law, topics in the field of EU, office and archival work in the civil service and free access to public information. The training will be conducted by civil servants – practitioners from relevant institutions.

 

The second workshop of this cycle will be held on 13th and 14th October 2011 (Thursday and Friday) in the ARM Building premises starting at 10:00 am. It is worth noting that during the participant selection it was taken into account that they have the positions Junior Associate and Junior Officer employed during 2010.

 

As aforementioned, we would appreciate if you could confirm their participation in the training by no later than 10th October 2011 (Monday).

 

Following the operational plan for realization of the 2011 Annual Program for generic training of civil servants in the Republic of Macedonia, and aiming for achieving maximal training effect as well as timely coordination of the participants’ working responsibilities, we would like to emphasize that the scheduled terms for the training participation cannot be changed. At the same time, we would appreciate if selected participants are enabled to take undisturbed attendance in the training.
