Information about conducted training for consistent implementation of the Law on public procurement

The Ministry of Information Society and Administration, in accordance with the activities stipulated in the 2011 Annual Program for generic training of civil servants in the Republic of Macedonia, on 18th May 2011 (Wednesday) conducted the second training on the topic “Consistent implementation of the Law on public procurement” in the MP Club premises in Skopje.

 

The training introduced and elaborated the major characteristics of the Law on public procurement, competences of the Bureau of public procurement, tender documentation as well as practical application of the electronic system for public procurement. The training was realized by the Bureau of public procurement.

 

Target group of the training were civil servants directly involved in public procurement procedures.

The training was attended by 30 civil servants, 13 of them from the central and 17 from the local government institutions.

 

Within this training, in 2011 is planned yet another special workshop for civil servants from institutions in the central government and in the local government units who were not invited in this training term. Information about their conduction will be provided additionally.
