Information about conducting training on the civil servant register

The Ministry of Information Society and Administration, in accordance with the activities stipulated in the 2012 Annual Program for generic training of civil servants in the Republic of Macedonia, organizes a series of trainings on the topic “Civil servant register”.


The purpose of the training is to improve and deepen knowledge and skills of civil servants about the civil servant register. The training will introduce and elaborate legal provisions on the civil servant register, the register concept and the manner of use of the register soft wear, as well as the by-laws on the form and content of the forms for registering civil servants. The training will be realized by civil servants – practitioners from the Ministry of Information Society and Administration.


Target group of the training are civil servants employed in sections for human resource management who are directly involved in data updating and use of the civil service register; that is in preparation of acts for inner organization and job classification, making employment contracts for civil servants and DS form submission.


The one-day training is to be conducted in three groups of participants. Participation of persons from your institution is scheduled for 9th March 2012 (Friday), starting at 9:30 am, in the ARM Building in Skopje.
