Information about conducting training on the topic “Project cycle-A management”

The Ministry of Information Society and Administration, in accordance with the activities stipulated in the 2012 Annual Program for generic training of civil servants in the Republic of Macedonia, organizes the training on the topic “Project cycle-А management“. 


Target group of the training are civil servants who need to acquire basic knowledge and skills in project and project file management, with priority of people whose responsibilities in this field are determined by the Job Classification Regulation of the administrative body. The training will be conducted by civil servants – practitioners from relevant institutions.


According to the Operational Plan for realization of the 2012 Annual Program for generic training of civil servants in the Republic of Macedonia, the training will be conducted within a three-month period, in three separate modules focused on certain fields:

  • Module 1: “Project and project file” (19th, 20nd and 21st March)
  • Module 2: “Project cycle” (18th, 19th and 20th April) and
  • Module 3: “Project file management” (17th and 18th May)

The three training modules will be conducted in the ARM Building in Skopje, starting at 09:00 am.


It should be pointed out that application deadline will be particularly respected in selection of candidates. Nominations submitted after the deadline will not be accepted, and as a relevant date of a state administration body’s nomination will be considered the date of your application recorded in the archives of the Ministry of Information Society and Administration.


As aforementioned, we would appreciate if invited institutions submit their nominations of one person participation as soon as possible, but not later than 14th March 2012 (Wednesday), including the following data:

- name and surname of the person, position, contact telephone number and e-mail address of a nominated civil servant;
- certificate of a competent body guaranteeing undisturbed training attendance of the selected person in the planned terms and respect of the given responsibilities as a participant.


In the same time it should be noted that day programs for individual modules and working papers will be submitted to selected participants in due time, before the beginning of each module.
