A meeting on the state secretary level

The State Secretary of the Ministry of Information Society and Administration, Jahi Jahija MA, met today with Marcel Biro, State Secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration and Justice of the Republic of Hungary.Present at the meeting were also H.E. Joseph Bence, Ambassador of Hungary to the Republic of Macedonia, Mihajl Zala Dr.Sci., President of the National Security Office of Hungary, Sandor Ksaba Dr.Sci., Head of a Sector in the Ministry of Public and Administration and Justice of Hungary, Ms Dora Zernej, a civil servant in the Ministry of Public and Administration and Justice of Hungary and Atila Pinter Dr.Sci., Deputy Head of the Mission of the Embassy of the Republic of Macedonia. The meeting was a part of the visit of the Hungarian delegation intended for discovering field for cooperation.


In the meeting they discussed fields of developing public administration reform and building e-Government. Subjects of interest to the two delegations were solutions in human resource management and introduction of one stop shop system. Hungary possesses practical experience in these fields that could also be applied in our country. Also, they discussed trainings of public administration employees, before and after getting job, from many aspects and approaches that include visits to other countries, their participation as trainers in regional schools, etc. Furthermore, they discussed the important topic of equal presentation in administration employment, more precisely implementation of the K-5 Program where they have experiences that could help us.
