Presented the Action Plan on the fourth stage of regulatory guillotine “Advantage for the small”

The Minister of information society and administration Ivo Ivanovski MA presented today the Action Plan with draft measures for the fourth stage of the regulatory guillotine “Advantage for the small” to representatives and members of the Economic Chamber Union of Macedonia. It is about 40 measures out of received 109, which stem from working meetings with the business community, in respect of making procedures and working conditions simpler for small companies in the country.

 

“The first stage of the regulatory guillotine has been fully completed, the second was conducted with 74 percent, and the third one with 73 percent. However, there are several measures left to encircle their implementation. The draft measures of the fourth stage relating to small and medium enterprises will be conducted by a number of state administration bodies, such as the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, Agency for Real Estate Cadastre and others – said Minister Ivanovski after the presentation.

 

The measures should include cheaper services for issuing documents, licenses, permits etc., reducing deadlines for their providing, as well as improving service quality in the field of small businesses.

 

Minister Ivanovski pointed out that the Central Registry would issue in the future only one document for all purposes of entrepreneurs and measures to enable merging construction plots in order to allow private constructing companies to build faster.

 

“Most of the measures have deadlines to October this year, and some of them are to be implemented by 30th June 2012” – said Minister Ivanovski.
