ReSPA meeting at ministerial level in Sarajevo

Macedonian Minister of information society and administration Ivo Ivanovski took part in the Governing Board meeting at ministerial level organized by the Regional School for Public Administration (ReSPA) in Sarajevo. In his address he pointed out that introduction of online trainings and platforms would be an additional possibility for involving a greater number of participants in the ReSPA program.


The meeting discussion included the vision of the Regional School, that according to the participants’ views was one of the strategic development goals. In addition, other goals of the ReSPA are establishment of cooperation with international organizations through projects and setting up a resource center that will be of benefit to all regional stakeholder partners in this field.


The Governing Board meeting was also attended by the Minister of Justice of bosnia and Herzegovina Barisa Colak, Deputy Minister of Interior of Albania Arben Ristani, Minister of public administration of Croatia Arsen Bauk, High Representative of the Government of Montenegro Svetlana Vukovic, Minister of justice and public administration of Serbia Nikola Selakovic, as well as the Director of IPA Strategy and Regional Directorate within the European Commission Gerhard Schumann Hitzler.


The Regional School for Public Administration (ReSPA) located in Danilovgrad, Montenegro, is an international organization which has been entrusted with the mission of boosting cooperation in the field of public administration. It realizes its mission through organizing and delivering training activities, conferences, networking activities, issuing publications and other activities aimed for knowledge and skills transfer, as well as for exchange of experiences among the countries in the region and the EU member countries.
