Skopje, 12th of December 2015

Minister of Information Society and Administration Marta Arsovska Tomovska attended the closing conference of the project 'Investment Development and Export Advancement Support (IDEAS)', funded by USAID.

On that occasion, Arsovska Tomovska was presented plaque in recognition of the Ministry continued support and partnership with this project. In the last five years, the project aimed at strengthening the capacity of government institutions and business sector through improving public-partner dialogue. Ministry of Information Society and Administration was one of key Institutions that had a successful cooperation in the project within which series of activities were conducted: upgrading of the Unique National Electronic Registry of Regulations (ENER), training in the field of Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) and ENER etc. Those activities provided capacity building of civil servants in the ministries and close cooperation with representatives of chambers of commerce and NGOs.

Owing to the partnership with USAID, the Unique Electronic Registry of Regulations (ENER) today is a quality software system that provides the stakeholders a useful tool for their continual participation in the process of adopting regulations and it is supported by trained civil servants; One of the biggest benefits of the new ENER, is the integration into the "Multiplatform collaboration system for e-session".
