The Commission acknowledged the first positive steps taken by the government to improve transparency and consultations with relevant stakeholders.

Parties committed to continue to work closely on all issues pertaining to public administration reform. Parties agreed that the finalization of the 2018-22 PAR Strategy and the Action plan and the related Public Financial Management Reform Programme 2018-2021 are the key short-term priority.
